Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a thick frothy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Funky fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a tart fruity character and notes of herbal yeast, doughy malt and slight hops. The finish is tart and funky with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
