Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium bright white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of pineapple, wheat and coconut. Medium body with a sweet-tart pineapple character and notes of grassy yeast, coconut and malt. The finish is fruity with a pineapple and mildly spiced coconut aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
