Sample at Derive during the Saison and Sour Fest on 06/05/2021. Cloudy nectarine color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of stone fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of slightly funky pear, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a pear aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
