This beer pours brown-black with a medium beige head that dissipates gradually to a film. Patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, coffee and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, espresso and bittersweet chocolate. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.
