Pours from growler a clear orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of stone fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart apple, floral yeast and roast malt. The finish is tart with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
