Sample from cask at the taproom during the Akronym Brewing Anniversary Weekend! on 06/22/2020. Clear copper-amber color with a medium thin frothy off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, gin, fruit and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky gin, caramel malt, honey and hops. The finish is fruity with a malt and juniper aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
