Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Dark reddish-mahogany color with a medium thick frothy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky patches of lace. Aroma of tart fruit, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, tart fruit, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a cherry and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
