Sample at the taproom during the Streetside 3 Year Anniversary Bash! on 09/28/2019. Crystal clear pale orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of oak, tart fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of gin, tart citrus, vinous oak and juniper. The finish is oaky and very tart with a lingering red wine and sour fruit aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
