Sample at the taproom during the Lewis Center Oktoberfest event on 09/07/2019. Clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Malty aroma with some caramel and hop notes. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and notes of earthy hop and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
