Sample at the taproom during the Cask of Kindness with Upstate Forever event on 07/19/2019. Clear dark chestnut color with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of Belgian yeast, ripe fruit, chocolate malt and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
