Nitro sample at the taproom. Dark brown pour with mahogany around the edges and a medium thick creamy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate, cinnamon and bourbon. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate malt, mildly funky fruit, cinnamon and bourbon. The finish is creamy with a malt and bourbon aftertaste. Above average overall.
