Sample at the tasting room during the Bourbon Barrel Mead Tasting - Limited Hours & Bottle Sales on 12/15/2018. Slightly hazy bright yellow-gold color with a minimal white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Spots of lace and legs. Aroma of apple, honey and floral hop. Medium body with flavors of spiced apple, floral honey and citrusy hops. The finish is fruity with an apple and honey aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
