Sample at the tasting room during the Bourbon Barrel Mead Tasting - Limited Hours & Bottle Sales on 12/15/2018. Cloudy brownish-mahogany color with a minimal head and slick legs on the glass. Aroma of bourbon, pecans and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of candied pecan, bourbon and honey. The finish is sweet with a honey and pecan aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
