Sample at Platform during the CBW Collaboration Kickoff on 10/12/2018. The beer is a cloudy orange-peach color with a medium thin white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Herbal hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of pithy grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is mildly bitter and dry with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
