Sample at the brewpub during the 3rd Anniversary event on 04/14/2018. Brown-black color with a medium khaki head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, ginger and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, ginger and chocolate. The finish is ginger and malt. Good beer all around.
