Sample at the taproom. Dark brown color with a medium thick foamy beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate, roast malt and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
