Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear pinkish-orange color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a to a wispy film. Sticky short strings of lace. Aroma of tart cherry, citrus and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of sour cherry, lemon, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a cherry aftertaste. Above average overall.
