Sample at the taproom. Dark amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roast malt, fruit and caramel. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, caramel, fruit and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.
