Sample at the tap room. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of apple, malt and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apple, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with an apple taste. Decent overall.
