Sample from cask at the brewpub. Dark brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lacing. The aroma consists of coffee, malt and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of roast coffee, earthy malt and mild hops. The finish is roasty with a coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.
