Nightcap is a Manhattan inspired bitter. This beer begins the day as an English Bitter, brewed with a blend of traditional hops and some New Zealand variants thrown in for fun. After fermentation, Nightcap is artfully mixed with oak and spices to achieve a delightful balance of beer and cocktail.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. The beer is a hazy amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, citrus and hops. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, spice, orange bitters and earthy hops. The finish is fruity with a spiced orange and malt aftertaste. Interesting beer, pretty good overall.
