Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. This Braggot is a dark mahogany-brown color with a thin light beige head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short stings of lace. Aroma of dark fruit, brandy and oak. Medium to full body with flavors of sweet brandy, fig, floral honey and oak. The finish is sweet with a brandy barrel aftertaste. Good beer overall.
