The nose on this blonde is layered with many different aromas. You can pick up notes of coriander, pepper, honey, and many others. They help complement the flavor, which adds clean and complex profile from the malt and Westmalle yeast. If you slam back a few too many like Jake Gardner on brew day, make sure to Hold on to the Handrail when going down the stairs of your brew deck.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Hazy straw color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Yeast, fruit, spice and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of Belgian yeast, fruit, coriander and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity yeast and spice. Decent overall.
