Sample at the taproom during the "Bottle Release - Name Your Own Beer" event on 03/24/2017. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Aroma of funky yeast, fruit and oak. Light to medium body with flavors of vinous oak, slightly funky yeast, apple and doughy malt. The finish is oaky with a white wine and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.
