Sample at the tap room during the "Barrel-aged Bottle Release Party" on 01/28/2017. Clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, cinnamon and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, cinnamon and dark fruit. The finish is like a cinnamon raisin granola cookie. Unique beer, pretty good all around.
