A Welsh-style cider, crisp & slightly sweeter than RedStreak
This Welsh-style cider bears the scent of over-ripe apples with a bit of yeasty goodness. Leading with tropical citrus notes, it follows with graceful sweetness from freshly pressed juice, finishing with a crisp and clean touch of oak.

Sampled from the tap at the cidery. Pours a clear light but bright yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with a bit of vanilla underlying. Flavor has lots of sweet apples with a bit of vanilla and a slight hint of citrus rind.

Sample at The Green Lady. Clear pale golden color with an effervescent white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples, vine fruit and spice. Light to medium body with flavors of apple cider, white grape and spice. The finish is dry with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
