A complex & rich dark mild brewed from roasted malts. Its flavours of chocolate & dried fruits are balanced with lightly spiced hops and a hint of sea salt from seaweed - inspired by the fishing heritage of the Humber.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A murky chestnut brown coloured pour with a halo of dirty head. Aroma is earthy nutty malts, flabby cakey malts, dirt, twigs, pine. Flavour is composed of grainy, dirty straw, grass, earthy nuts. Stale brown bread. Palate is still, no condition, oily and flabby. Dumper.
