A beer on the darker side of sours; blood lime, dark and bitter chocolate and an extra sour hit from rhubarb wrenched screaming from the Beerfarm garden. Wrapped in a devilishly smooth nitro blanket. Brewed for #GABS2018.

Draft at the American Taproom, Singapore. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is yeasty, rhubarb, chocolate. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a crisp and smooth, chocolate malt, tart rhubarb palate and lingering sour finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
