Tap at The Guild, Singapore. Poured a hazy orange straw colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, subtle peach. The flavour is light bitter with a malt, light light tart peach, super dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I drank this without food but I can think of many dishes this would complement. The driest Brut IPA I’ve ever had.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Had several cans of this the past couple weeks and have come to like it a bit less. The aggressive hoppiness of the original Dom Houblon paired well with the dry style in a way that the more fruity profile of this one doesn’t. It’s good, and definitely unusual, but a little empty. Pale peach-ish gold pour with white white frothy head. Aroma is plasticky hops with subtle stone fruit. Taste is juicy but dry in a way that feels clipped. Some fizzy bitterness, light peach in the background throughout, comes through at the end a bit of honey malt. Not much lingering anything, super crisp finish. Nice but I prefer the original one. This leaves you wanting more of either the fruit or the dry crisp bitterness.
