Utilizing a larger base sour, we combined two fruits (tangerine and cara cara) that we’ve used in the past for our Condor Valley Creamsicles. We also introduced toasted marshmallow with the vanilla, which adds a pleasing, sweet nuance to the finish.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a cloudy bright yellow with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has musty and tart tropical fruits with some vanilla and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has tart tropical fruits supported by marshmallow, vanilla and light sweet grains.
