Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6

Aroma is our malt, floral, rice and a bit of hop. Flavors are similar to nose and a little sweet but with enough carbonation to balance. Light sweet finish. A bit too sweet for me.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light sweet grains and rice with a bit of oak underlying. Flavor has oaky light sweet grains with a growing rice presence.
