Haaiiiya!
The Yuzu – A Japanese citrus that is like a bitter lemon, a white grapefruit and a touch of orange all in one. Infuse this with a new world lager and you’ve got a beer that is crisper than a plank of wood that a yellow belt fails to break.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, light yuzu. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a malt, yeasty, juicy yuzu fruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
