Sample at the taproom during the Bottle Release: Schussing Sticks Winter Sour event on 01/25/2020. Brown-black pour with a medium beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Sparse patches of lace. Malt, chocolate and peanut aromas. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, peanut and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a peanut butter cup aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
