Sample at DankHouse. Dark brown pour with some mahogany around the edges, and a thin light beige head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, coffee and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of roasted coffee, chocolate malt and a bit of earthy hop. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
