This beer is a clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast, white wine and malt. Full-bodied with a vinous oaky character and notes of mildly funky yeast, tart citrus and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a lemon and green apple aftertaste. Good beer all around.
