Sample at the brewpub during the Paperweight Variant Release event on 06/22/2019. Cloudy reddish-orange color with a thin off-white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Sticky legs of puree on the glass. Aroma of apricots, wheat and malt. Medium body with a creamy apricot character and notes of wheat and bready malt. The finish is chewy and fruity with an apricot smoothie aftertaste. Good beer all around.
