A black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has chocolate, some roastiness and even vanilla. Taste has chocolate, roastiness, not too sweet, and also bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice chocolate, but it's not too dominating.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of toffee, chocolate, roasted malt and grass. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts with light to medium sweet toffee, dark chocolate and nuts, following is grassy, earthy, faint fruity and medicinal, mouthfeel is slightly spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Chocolate on steroids...

On tap at Zagreb Craft Beer Week, 2017. Black, medium off-white head. Strong chocolate and roasty aroma, burnt, ash. Very nice balance: sweet from chocolate flavours, dry from roasty ones. Very soft and creamy, thick. Loved it!

16 August 2018. At Patrick's Irish Pub, Ljubljana. Cheers to Anke!
Pours hazy black with a lasting, frothy, unstable, beige head; little lacing. Enticing aroma of chocolate powder, chocolate sauce, 'Nesquik', chocolate cake, salted peanut, molasses, brownie. Medium malty sweet onset, quite dry like powdery chocolate but also cake-like; light roasted bitter middle, hints of fondant & cocoa nibs, a bit herbal too. Dryish, malty finish, dry chocolate again & balanced by faint herbal hops. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Maltiness galore, yet not overdone. Great!

12/5/2018. Bottle at the Ipswich bottle share, from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours almost black with a small beige head. Aroma of rich milky chocolate, cocoa, light roasted malt, lactose and dark fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight slickness to texture, average carbonation. Very good especially for its abv.

0,5 l bottle. Pours dark brown with minimal quickly dissipating beige head. Aroma of cocoa, chocolate and roasted malts, a hint of coffee and some earthy tones. Taste is light sweet, complemented with medium bitterness from hops and roasted malt. Body is light to medium, texture is slick. Aftertaste is bitter cocoa and long after that comes coffee too.
