Sample at the taproom during the Meat Sweats Beer Pairing benefiting Pink Boots Society event for CCBW on 05/17/2019. Hazy apricot color with a medium thick bone white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of zesty grapefruit, resiny hop and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrus and hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
