Sample at the brewpub during the Two Year Anniversary Party on 04/13/2019. Dark brown pour with some amber around the edges and a medium beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of charred malt, dark chocolate and caramel. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.
