Sample at the taproom during the One Year Anniversary Party! on 03/23/2019. Brown-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sparse patches of lace. Roast malt, dark chocolate and coffee in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, coffee and bittersweet chocolate. The finish is charred malt and chocolate. Decent overall.
