Tap at Hedon Bazilica Tap Room, Budapest. Poured a slightly hazy light golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big banana yeasty, spicy, floral. The flavour is acidic, dry yeast, with a banana, light sweet citrus, light clove spice palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
