Alpha IPA is our house IPA that has been around since our homebrewing days. Brewed with El Dorado and Citra hops, the intoxicating aromas of Citrus, Watermelon Jolly Rancher, and light Pear dominate the beer, while a hearty malt bill provides a solid spine for a well rounded IPA made for daily quaffing.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/12/2018. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
