Bottle at the tasting room during the "Open House - Bottle Release- Mead Tasting" on 04/28/2018. Clear straw-gold color with a minimal head that disappears immediately and spots of legs. Apple, honey and spice aroma. Medium body with flavors of spiced apple and floral honey. The finish is fruity with an apple-cinnamon aftertaste. Above average overall.
