Sample at the taproom during the "Apologize Less / Skin & Bone Double Release" event on 04/20/2018. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, funky yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of brett yeast, citrusy hops, oak and biscuit malt. The finish is oaky and mildly funky with a yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
