Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Tart fruit, wheat and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of tart citrus, salt and wheat. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
