Sample at the brewery taproom during the Four String 6 Year Anniversary Party on 10/21/2017. Clear mahogany-bronze color with a medium off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing. Bourbon, maple and malt aroma. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, maple syrup, dark fruit and malt. The finish is oaky with a maple bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.
