Sample at the brewpub as part of Cleveland Beer Week. Dark reddish-brown color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart stone fruit, yeast and malt. The finish is tart with a pear and cherry aftertaste. Above average overall.
