Sample at the taproom. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart mango, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a mango and grapefruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
