Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of apples and herbs. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart green apple, herbs and spices and a bit of honey. The finish is fruity with a spiced apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
