Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing. Roast malt, fruit and mild hops in the nose. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and a touch of resiny hops. The finish is malty up front with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
